Please do not send returns to the sender address on the package you received. Contact our designated email first to submit your return request; otherwise, returns and refunds will not be accepted.

Our policy lasts 30 days. If more than 30 days have passed since your order was delivered, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
To qualify for a return, items must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in their original packaging.

Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
Any applicable customs or VAT fees must be paid within 30 days to avoid the package being returned to you by the postal service.

3. Consumer-Related Returns

If the return is due to consumer reasons (e.g., change of mind or ordering the wrong size), the consumer is responsible for return shipping fees. The specific cost will depend on the courier you choose.

4. Returns Due to ALLZERO Errors

If you received damaged, defective, or incorrect items due to our error, we will cover the return shipping costs. You will not be responsible for any additional charges in such cases.
